As an advisor or non-executive board member, I strive to create value for the company.
My aspiration is to give guidance and valuable input as well as to challenge the owners and executives when needed. I will thus stand up and speak out—in the interest of the company.

Broadly speaking, I typically work with two types of organizations: High-growth start-ups and established companies that truly take on the challenges of digitalization.

In working with start-up CEOs and teams, I leverage my own experience in building an SAAS business from scratch to a multi-million Euro operation.

 

I have been there and done that throughout the entire cycle, starting with shaping a vague idea into a concept, assessing the market, achieving the product-market-fit, developing an actionable strategy, securing the investment required, building a team and a positive, results-oriented culture and executing against ambitious growth plans.

 

As part of my role, I advise and challenge the founders and the executive team. This applies as well to established companies.

 

My international background in media, technology, SAAS, and strategy consulting gives me a broad perspective, and my own leadership experience allows me to give both guidance and valuable input.

 

Business has become more complex than ever, and boards are facing unprecedented pressure and scrutiny to ensure that business is conducted effectively and responsibly.
